Stayed for 6 days with my spouse. Beds ended up comfortable and the room was always pretty clean. Staff members were really helpful and pleasant and constantly took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are big and the closet. The bathroom was also very clean and also the shower was fantastic. Not a very social hotel but maybe was only during our stay.

Excellent place, every thing is within walking distance. Staff members are super pleasant and well prepared and speak good English. You can find activities every night and it´s a great way to socializing with persons. Rooms and facilities are good and towels changed daily. Only problem was my bed for being a tiny bit noisy but that’s incredibly minor. Fantastic quality for the price!

If you are travelling to Betws-y-Coed you should book a room here. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the rooms are very nice. And a spectacular atmosphere.
