The workers is a ten, extremely attentive and welcoming. The foods, the facilities, every little thing was Excellent. We enjoyed a great stay and the meal was delightful. We liked Rafaelhoteles Ventas. We are going to repeat!

This hotel was truly centrally situated and the staff members in the reception were available at all the time. The beds have been cozy and the people in the hotel ended up typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was off and on, maybe my mistake using it. Extremely good hotel and excellent area. Surely will endorse Rafaelhoteles Ventas!
