I have booked the room for 5 days with my fiance. Beds were being comfortable and the space was constantly pretty clean. The employees have been pretty helpful and pleasant and constantly took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are big plus the closet. The bathroom have been clean plus the shower was great. Not a super social hotel but maybe was only all along our stay.

This hotel was really centrally positioned and the staff members in the reception were available at all the hours. The beds ended up cozy and the people in the hotel ended up generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air-con was off and on, but they fix it. Quite good hotel and fantastic location. Surely will advise Sheraton Zürich Neues Schloss Hotel!
