Great my stay at Berns Hotel customer service assisted me have a new key when I requested for support. The breakfast and meals normally was perfect. All of the personnel I contacted were exceptionally nice.

This hotel was really centrally located and the personnel at the reception were there at any hours. The beds have been comfy and the other guests have been usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air-con was on and off, leave it like that in the end. Quite wonderful hotel and terrific location. I Absolutely advise Berns Hotel!

Pretty good and perfectly clean place. The placement is great, just what we required. Beds were very nice. There wasn’t a great deal of the social atmosphere but it really is good for a complete night rest. I loved my stay here enormously and will probably reserve once more for my following come here.
